FA Simms & Partners are Insolvency Practitioners and Business Rescue Professionals who have been selected to support ICB bookkeepers by providing advice and guidance to their clients.
FA Simms & Partners is a business rescue and insolvency practice with a head office based in Leicestershire and satellite offices around the UK. Established for over 35 years, they are an owner-managed business with three Licensed Insolvency Practitioners supported by a team of qualified and experienced professionals, with a total team of around 20 staff.
Helpline
FA Simms & Partners provide a free help line to ICB bookkeepers. This help line is there to support and assist them if they ever have a query regarding a client that they need assistance with. The information provided is completely confidential and the advice will only be given by one of our Insolvency Practitioners to ensure that it is both commercially and technically correct. Initial face to face meetings are also provided for no charge.

Information Portal
FA Simms & Partners have created a co-branded information portal for ICB bookkeepers. This portal holds information regarding the different insolvency and business rescue procedures available. With helpful videos, blog posts and help sheets, this portal is to be used as and when ICB bookkeepers need some guidance.

Presentation Opportunities
We have started to provide ICB branch meetings with the opportunity to have our Managing Director Richard Simms come along and give a presentation on a topic they feel will be most beneficial to their members.
