UK Parliament returned from their summer recess, only to ‘break up’ again for conference recess. Regarding returns, this was the case with the Employment Rights Bill which is now back in the House of Commons. Whilst ICB anticipates this will Receive Royal Assent and become legislation, October is a good time to highlight the provisions that employers should be aware of. Some policies, procedures and processes are going to need to be updated.
