If you have not done so already, it is time to prepare yourself for MTD.
Have you profiled your clients yet?
Do you even know that means?
Have you planned how you will cope with the first year knowing there are double work for those not already on regular contracts with you?
The plan for this meeting is to draw up a checklist of things to be prepared with and understand from other branch members what issues or even short cuts they have found so far.
To enhance this, Gem Malek from FreeAgent has agreed to visit us once again. Of all the visitors we have had over the years she is the one our branch members ask us the most to invite back.
This will be a very interactive and informative evening.
