I am assuming you mean the text books purchased from ICB website. If that's so, then yes, you only get hard copy physical text books only. ICB does not provide eBooks. I called to confirm this and that's what they said.
I learn mostly through eBooks as they can be used on phone, tablets or laptop depending where i am. Sometimes i like to read when i am lying on bed before sleeping and at times read during my commute, and hence taking with me a big chunky physical book is not ideal in such situations.
