Hello, just wondering if anyone has had an issue with CIS figures (deducted and suffered) just randomly disappearing from the system. This has happened to me twice now. Backups show the data was entered, and submitted successfully, but then it disappears, throwing out my EPS figure in subsequent months and resulting in a bill from HMRC. Moneysoft can't explain it. Thanks!

 I haven't had an issue with CIS figures as I don't have any CIS clients, but I have had issues with Moneysoft and RTI submissions. I submit and everything is ok - it locks the week (I am doing weekly payroll) but when I go in the following week it says not submitted even though I have received an acknowledgement from HMRC. I contacted Moneysoft and they keep saying it must be my computer. I had another issue and they told me it was because of my NORTON anti virus software. I think its a fault at their end to be honest.
