As a small business paying for a website design the outlay is wiping out the profit for the month in the P&L.
Can the invoice be posted as a prepayment and journalled into the accounts each month over the year? I understand, that as there are no goods being sold via the site, it needs to go into the P&L and not the BS but it would be nice if the cost could be spread out over the year to help with monthly analysis of figures and trends.
