Ray Cross – Head of Anti-Money Laundering Compliance & Ethics and Professional Standards at the ICB, is giving a presentation on The Money Laundering Regulations. The presentation will include the June 2017 changes to the regulations: “The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017”. These changes will affect client risk assessment and due diligence procedures which you are required to undertake, and your other responsibilities under the revised legislation.

Ray has been with the ICB as Head of Compliance for 10 years and was previously employed at SOCA, the Serious Organised Crime Agency (now the National Crime Agency). He has been instrumental in setting up and running the AML Compliance systems at the ICB.

This is a meeting that branch members should not miss. The 2017 AML changes affect all of us.

The Globe is a great venue with a dedicated meeting room which can seat up to 35 for these events. A buffet is included in the booking fee. If you have not been to a branch meeting in the past, please come along and join this very friendly group.

Book tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. I am looking forward to seeing you there.
