I am studying for manual 2 exam at the moment and have loads of questions re becoming self employed, or opting for becoming an employed book keeper.  


Would it be appropriate to come along to the Bournemouth meeting next week, it would be nice to meet people and get a feel for the 'book keeping world' I feel a bit isolated in West Dorset.

Yes, would be a great way for you to meet fellow bookkeepers - we have a mix of students and full members, so very relevant.  We also have people who travel from the West, so may be good to build your contacts.

Hi there,

Unfortunately I was unable to attend the last meeting as I had my exam the next day.

When is the next meeting?  I would love to meet others in the area as I am new to ICB.  I am in Bournemouth.

Shame you couldn't make the last meeting - we had quite a good turnout.  

Planning the next meeting for early/mid July - before the summer holidays.  Details will follow - but probably not for a momth or so.
