Hi Everyone,
Just a quickie - we have now set up for 6 months a regular payment for our water bill - so is it better to set that up as a recurring payment and put the monthly invoices in the folder with the payment schedule or to enter the invoices as and when they arrive and just reduce the amount when the payment comes out of the bank account?
