My employer's son works p/t for us - and has as a consequence been paing too much tax - he finally received a large refund which my employer paid him:
How exactly do I reflect this payment out of the company's bank account which just says by way of detail 'Oliver's tax refund'
I assume it must go to our PAYE/NIC nominal code but exactly where do I do this payment?
Do I do in Bank as a payment to PAYE/NIC as it is a payment out of the bank account....
