As you have passed level 2 (assuming you passed both manual and computerised) you will need to upgrade to an Associate member with the ICB, then you will need to purchase Professional Indemnity Insurance. After this you can apply for a Practice Licence, then you will be able to offer your services out with the full backing of the ICB.
Also remember, you are now technically an advisor within the bookkeeping profession (not a financial advisor) so you will need to register under the Data Protection Act.
