Hi All


I used to run my book keeping business in Gloucestershire, but have recently relocated to Telford, Shropshire and started again, here. 

Are there many folk out there that would be interested in coming along to a group in Telford if I started one in the New Year?

Tonight's meeting has been postponed because of the snow and icy conditions.  Look out for re-scheduling in February.

I'm based in Birmingham but am very interested in attending this meeting as I am just starting out.  COuld you please let me know when in February it will be re-scheulded for please.  Also where in Shropshire it will be held.

Hi Dav


The meeting is going to be at The Park Inn Hotel in Telford, which is on the first island you come to just off Junction 5 of the M54. I'm looking at a possible new date of Monday 25th February at the moment, I should be able to finalise this in a few days.


If you can't make that date, let me know which days or dates would be more suitable and I can consider this when rescheduling. Or if Telford is too far for you, contact Ken Bell on k.bell@talk21.com - he's the National Chair for the meetings and can let you know about the Birmingham, Worcester and Cannock meetings that may be closer for you.

Hi

I was booked to attend the Telford meeting in January, but it was postponed because of bad weather.  I was told that it would be rearranged, but have never heard anything since.  Has anyone any more information, as I am keen to attend one of these events?

Thank you - you've given me the boot up the bum that I needed to do something about this again.

I have, in fact, emailed Ken and Mathini recently to ask if I can hold the venue in the 'back of a pub' rather than an expensive private room initially - just to get the group going - and not had an answer as yet. I will chase this up with them.

I would certainly like to get a meeting going in Telford - I believe it will help us all and I look forward to having some book keeping buddies that I can call upon when I get stuck or need to offload a bit of work etc


How about 10th September............I'll aim for this - please email me on carol@ladyofledger.co.uk if you have any suggestions as to venue.

I shall be arranging the venue over this weekend and am aiming for 10th September - is this OK for you?
