Hello, and thank you for understanding.
I am a volunteer in the Polish community in surrey town. About 60% of members do not speak English ,often come to me asking for help ex. with financial matters (inc benefits). I wish to help them but I have no idea where I can find specific information ex.  on the requirements, earning limits, etc. Is there some guide for accountants, bookkeepers, where they can find fresh information about all benefits in Uk? I am volunteer so i do it because i wish to help but i can't go pass the course etc so please could you help me with that?

If you can access the internet, the easiest place to start is the government web site www.hmrc.gov.uk
which has plenty of information you can look at or download, both for individuals/employees and also for companies/employers.
This is not specifically for accountants/bookkeepers, but is available for everyone.
I don't know whether it is available in Polish, but maybe you can translate for the non-English speakers.

Hi, Domanika.  You could try this one I found for you (in Polish!) from the Citizens Advice Bureau -

http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/england/languages/polish.htm

It looks like it might be about employment rather than wider benefits which I think you are after, but it may be a start.

Another one is www.gov.uk which is the (very) new website from the government as a way to locate a lot of information on benefits etc.

Good luck
