I am looking to set up a Limited company, but it may have no financial transactions, or very few.
What kind of books do i need to keep for a dormant company?
Hi ShelliOfficially even if there are just a couple of transactions normal accounts should be filed, so normal record keeping principles apply.If the co is genuinely dormant (just AR filing fee) there will be no financial records to keep, just the CH. At year end dormant accounts can be filed with CH.RegardsAndrew
