Bewdley Meeting part 2

When we last met, the room subscription was £2 which we managed ourselves. Now it's collected via the ICB and it's gone up to £3. Why's that? It wasn't discussed and no-one appears to have been told (or even consulted) beforehand.

All groups are self-financing and the hire of a function room at £25, ( a special rate negotiated) plus flip chart and projector/ screen costs when speakers require them,  means that there has to be a small charge. Over the last year average attendance has been around 10 members, hence the £3 charge. With the appointment of a treasurer the group will now be tracking its income and expense and we will be able to develop a small fund hopefully.  ICB will be collecting the fees via the shop on our behalf.

Hello,

You can now book your place to attend the next Worcestershire branch meeting via the online shop. Click HERE to be redirected, or alternatively you can give us a call on 0845 060 2345 and we will be happy to book you in.

Win a stay at a 5* London Hotel

For ICB to remain as the world's leading bookkeeping organisation, we need to know what our members are doing and what they want from their professional body.

We would therefore like you take a few minutes to complete our annual Member Survey.  But as we know that you are all busy people, we thought you might need an incentive. So we've put together three fantastic prizes: First prize is an overnight stay at a top London hotel plus one day's free CPD training with the team at the ICB HQ, Second prize is a day's training at the ICB HQ, Third prize is half a day's training at the ICB HQ.

These fantastic prizes will be awarded to the first three people selected at random from the responses. Click HERE to take the survey

Take care
