Hi,

I have just bought a ticket.  I'm looking forward to it as it will be nice, finally, to meet fellow ICB members who are based in Kent. Smile

Hi Stuart,

I have mailed you, but I shall be at the London meeting tomorow too, so hopefully if you get a chance we can catch up quickly then?

(I hope the subtle advert for the London branch meeting makes up for the unintended potential poaching of a London branch delegate) Smile

Hello all,

A bit of an update on the Kent branch meeting - Stuart has kindly offered to give us a technical lecture, which is a great addition to the agenda. It was good to meet some of you fellow bookkeepers at the London meeting yesterday.

See you soon!

Cheryl

Hi Cheryl

It was great to put a face to the name at the London meeting.

I thought I would give a talk on the Sales Ledger Control Account and Credit control.

How does that sound to you.

Kind regards
Stuart

Hi Cheryl,

Thanks for welcoming us to the first Kent branch meeting in Rainham.
It was great to meet you all and I wish you the best for the future.  Good to see a mix of students, newly qualified members and Fellows attending which will hopefully make for interesting meetings in the future.

I've stolen some of your ideas for our own branch meetings in East Sussex which will kick off in May!

Look foward to catching up again.

Hi all,

A big thank you to everone who attended the first Kent meeting last night and made it such a great event.

I really appreciated everyones input about what they would like to see at future meetings and have taken it on board, and will endeavour to get speakers for all topics requested at future meetings.

A big thank you to Stuart Wildman for presenting about the sales ledger and credit control - I think we all learnt some things about the avenues open to us to try to help recover monies owed to our clients/ourselves.

Additionally, thanks to Stuart Morris for volunteering to do a scenario based MLR presentation at the next Kent branch meeting - details to follow shortly

If anyone has any suggestions of topics or any further queries about the Kent branch meeting, please make suggestions on the forum or you can contact me on info@parrybookkeeping.co.uk
