Hello,
Please can you advise if there is still a local group meeting in the Fareham area? Or failing that, Southampton or Portsmouth?
I attended the Southampton CPD semianr and found this very useful. I would like to be able to meet up for discussions etc on a more regular basis.
And if such group doesn't exist I'm happy to be involved in getting one going??

Hi Gina,
I'm in North End, Portsmouth and I'd certainly be up for helping to organise a local group. The chap who used to organise it has resigned from the ICB I believe so I guess no-one has stepped into the role. However, I think we should have a regular meeting of like minded souls.

Hi guys,
I am local to you too - I am in Portsmouth! I haven't ever been to any ICB meetings and do not have a practice licence - it would be so nice and helpful to get together to meet with other Bookkeepers. I don't know anyone who has the ICB qualification.
I would be willing to offer a hand with organising something too!

Hello Ladies and Gentleman, I've attended a couple of the Fareham meetings, as well as recent years' CPD seminars in Southampton. All are very worthwhile, and I'd certainly attend and support anything new that sprouts up from the embers. I can't easily offer organisational time at the moment due to employment commitments, but would be able to muck in on event days. Hopefully we are now expanding from a sofa to a beer garden picnic table !

I live in Gosport and will be interested at a later date, as I am only on my Level 2 Manual at the moment :)
