Hi Everyone,
I would like to share what i experienced with Fusion Accounts support.
I have been bombarding them with e-mail regarding issue i was experiencing with their report. i am happy to state that 95% of amendment i requested have been made.
Amendment made are:
- Creditors activity not showing VAT, grand total inexistant. This was putting Fusion in disadvantage compare to their competitor reputable for charging "exorbitant" fees.
- Transactions audit trail, reversal transactions appearing on the report which is not professional! For this one an option has been added on Nominal report page enabling users to choose the version including reversals or not!
Please flag any issue you face cause they are welcoming feedbacks and are being quite promptly proactive.
