Quarterly Client Communication

Hi All

I have been thinking (which is always dangerous) and would like to canvass opinions as to whether the members especially those in practice think it would be a good idea to put together a quarterly or even six monthly newsletter to send out to their client base.

It is something that could be sent out via e-mail or post FOC giving clients topical news re bookkeeping etc prompting them to contact you for further guidance and advice maybe even highlighting the broad range of skills ICB bookkeepers have.

Idea for 1st newsletter:-

I think we should aim to sort a newsletter for the end of March and that ties in with the payroll year end P11D's etc

I think we shoud

A) remind clients of filing deadlines and procedures etc

b) do some expenses in Kind Examples and articles giving the pros and cons of certian expenses.

Who's up for putting this together (We are looking for multiple contributors!!!)
