Information
Our Autumn program will concentrate on marketing and business development for practice holders, but also give help for students and employees to enhance their business skills.
We will be joined by Natalie Reis-Hughes, Managing Director of Springer Alexander, which offers training, coaching, and mentoring, and Communique Associates, an outsourced telemarketing solutions business.
As we all know, business development is crucial for the growth of your practice. A strong focus on marketing, sales and business development will ensure a steady flow of new clients into your business thereby allowing your business to flourish.
Goal setting and knowing where to focus your efforts is an important step in achieving this, and this webinar and the subsequent opportunity for Q&A will help you define your business development strategy for future growth and will be good for all regardless of their present employment status.
Natalie is fascinated by people’s motivations, and loves to understand the dynamics, processes and culture that develop within organisations. Her work includes exploring how different management styles can affect organisational culture and more importantly, the success of a business.
We look forward to seeing you all there.
