Greetings All. My client has presented me with a "Financial Statement" detailing the remortgage of a property. This statement shows the new mortgage advance and all the associated costs taken therefrom, which include the redemption of the original mortgage. The statement results in a balance to be paid to my client. Please can you advise me on how to post this into Sage 50? Many thanks.
