Hi Everyone.
Quick question!
I have literally just passed my Payroll exam and I am looking to setup us a payroll agent.
What is the best way to proceed with this as I currently do not have any paying clients so i have not registered as self employed - do I need to do this first ahead of registering for a HMRC agent account?
Would it possible to provide a payroll service without an agent account - as I have seen it takes a while to come through!
