Hello Andrew, Well done  . Have you written to HMRC to obtain an agent ID for PAYE? If you have this in place, then your customer will need to authorise you as their agent (64-8 form). If you havent done so already, you'll also need a signed terms of engagement, GDPR and MLR in place. Then you are ready to roll...
