Level 4 Self-Assessment Tax

Hi,

I purchased the self-study books from ICB so i can take the exam for level 4 self-assessment tax.  The self-study book they sent me is for the tax year 18/19.  Will the questions in the actual exam relate to tax year 19/20? And what about the mock exam?

Any help would be much appreciated.

 Same here, just sat first mock, 2018/19, so I assume the actual exam will be the same, 2018/19.

If you are self studying then you can choose which one to take if you look on the ICB website.

 

I have just passed the 2017/18 self assessment exam in the nick of time because the exam expires at the end of this month.

 

I would reccomend taking the 2018/19 exam as a lot of the tax thresholds change each year.

Yes, The rael exam is for 2018/19 tax year.

 THEREFORE YOU SHOULD REALLY BE DOING THE 20/21 STUDY MATERIAL (IF THERE IS), AS THAT IS THE CURRENT YEAR WE ARE ACTUALLY IN.

 The 20/21 study materials are not available yet. I believe that they come out sometime in September?
