Hi all

I'm feeling a little bit sick and need some advice.

I am an agent for a company who had a new employee start on 2nd March, however I can't see on their QB online system where an EPS was done?  I dont think the RTI was done until his first months pay was processed on the 31st March.

I However have proof that his P45 was sent to me on 21st Feb and the details of his pay was sent to me on 2nd March but I cant for the life of me remember or see on the audit log when I first added this employee to the system.

My client obviously thinks that this employee should now be included now that the schme has extended to 19th March.

I have tried phoning HMRC this week on another matter and got cut off numerous times without luck.  I have no hope in getting through to ask if myself being an agent and proof of emails are enough to prove this wont be a fraudulant claim.

What would you do? Any advise would be much appreciated

If no RTI has been sent including the employee then no claim can be made. Sorry!
