Hi,
I was a member of both the AAT and ICB for a number of years and ran my own bookkeeping and accountancy business for a number of years. Due to ill health, I had a complete career change which I have been enjoying for the last seven years. I miss the accountancy :). I am thinking of rejoining and working part time but know I have to retake my qualifications. My question is, is there still a need for freelancers etc seeing as a bookkeeping packages are designed for joe public to use, as I am going to have to outlay quite a bit of money again.
