Good Morning folks

I hope you're all well.

I have a full time job (not as a bookkeeper) and having to work from home due to the virus.  This has resulted in me saving traveling time to and from work.  I was thinking of using the spare time to study for the payroll exam in order to take on new payroll clients after everything has settled down.

Do you think this is a good idea or is this the wrong time of the yesr of thinking about psyroll?

Hi,

I don't think there is a wrong time to study payroll.  Although thresholds will change and there is extra stuff going on with payroll at the moment the background methods do not change.  It would be worth calling a training adviser (Accredited payroll providers are listed on the website) and discussing it.
