I'm looking for recommendations for the best value payroll software for around 14 employees.  Does not  have to be cloud based.

 I like Brightpay. Really easy to use and a real time saver.

Try Moneysoft payroll software - very easy to use and does what it says on the tin.  Cost £72 + VAT per year.
