Training providers using cloud software

Good evening!

Are there any training providers for level 2/3 which don't use Sage 50?  I'm looking for a provider for a possible trainee bookkeeper.  I don't Sage in my practice, so it seems pointless to train someone to use it.

Or are there any training providers who don't provide software as part of the package, and may therefore be cheaper.  I took all my exams using VT...

Thanks, Fiona

Hi Fiona,

I share the frustration, i did my training over the paat couple of years ad wished that there was an alternative to SAGE so was interested to hear that Ideal Schools, who i did my training through have now, just literally this month, launchred a Xero based course, not totally certain that it can replace Sage but its work checking out, best to give them a call on 0141 248 520. for details.

They are, in my view, the very best College in the UK - they are excellent and provide totally unbiased recommendations based on your needs not their profits.

Give them a call and whilst your at it, tell them i said hi.

Thank you David and Ami for your comments.  I've done some training with Ideal too, and they were excellent.  I'll certainly look at Oxbridge too.
