traininglink assessment query

Hi, am doing payroll through traininglink and can't get through the assesment of chapter 7, I have contacted my tutor, but can't garantee an answer as they are only required to work weekdays (and I can only study weekends...) The question is about Kcodes. I understand I am not allowed to ask the question here, but if anyone is around that think they can help is there a way around that?

I took the Payroll Diploma through Training Link last year and found their tutors to be very good and some did give responses occaisionally "out of hours".
