I have completed my 'workbook' for level 2 computerised and now want to go onto the practise papers.  My question is, is there another way to open a new account or shall I just delete all the work I have already input during the course so far?

I am using sage instants v19 that came with my course materials.

Any help would be great.

Hi Sabrina

I have Sage Instant Accounts v19 and it will only allow one company at a time so each time I start again I wipe all the data by going in to File - Maintenance - then clicking the rebuild button. Untick all the boxes then click okay.  If you think you might need your old data again then back it up before you start then you can restore it later.  This will not delete the company name and address so you will have to overwrite that with your new company.  I hope this helps.

I thought as much. It is a shame that you have to do that but I guess I cant ccomplain when I didnt pay for the software so to speak.

I am well away on my practise paper now.
