Great to meet some of you at the Inspire conference yesterday and thanks for expressing interest in attending local meetings. I've emailed all the addresses I was given - although 2 have bounced so far - Katy and Allison. If you are interested in attending a Staffordshire area meeting could you please respond with your preference for day or evening, where you are located and ideas for topics to talk about. I'm definitely interested in coming to any meetings held in Staffordshire - daytime preferred but not essential, and somewhere in the Cannock area would be good for me.

Allison here, evenings for me (either Tuesday or Thursday).  My sister Vicki, who wasnt able to attend yesterday would like to come and can do the same evenings as I can.  Both of us are from Tamworth.

Yesterday there seemed to be quite a few newbees in staffordshire so maybe we could cover some best practice/ tips on running your own practice, helping new business start ups, marketing/ getting new clients....

I am in Stone and would prefer evenings, Thursday is most difficult this side of GCSE time but can be arranged.

I think ideas around marketiong an ,dare I say it, selling, would be really useful.

Katy here, sorry about the email address. Yes I would definitely be interested in attending a Staffordshire meeting.

I live between Lichfield & Tamworth and am usually available either Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evenings or could probably do some weekday mornings if that was preferred by others.

On the subject of topics I agree with the others that marketing/getting new clients would be useful. Also which bookkeeping/payroll software and VAT (the advantages & disadvantages of the various schemes).
