Hi everyone,

Sorry I haven't been on here for a few weeks, I had to have ankle surgery which meant I was in plaster for nearly 8 weeks then I had a family bereavement.

I just wanted to say that I am currently in the process of setting up the next 2 SY branch meetings. For one of them I was going to have a representative from an accounting package doing a presentation. Do you havr a preference please ? If you could reply to this post with your choices I will see what the majority is and get this organised for us.

Will be back soon with the branch meeting dates.

I'm sorry to hear about your ankle and family bereavement Bev, not the best start to 2014 eh?

Have you planned any further meetings yet?

I notice that noone replied about accounting packages - I think for me, the two main ones I would like are Clearbooks and Xero.  I currently use Quickbooks desktop for my clients, although I am currently looking around for online options

Yes not a good start to the year, although we ar enow in March ! Can't believe how time flies !!

Thanks for your software suggestions. Anyone else have any more suggestions before I book someone to come and talk to us at our next SY branch meeting ?
