Our next branch meeting will take place on Tuesday 9th April at Houldsworth Mill in Reddish, Stockport at 10am. This time our guest speaker will be presenting a breakdown on George Osbourne's recent budget speech.

For those of you who haven't yet been to one of our meetings, I can only strongly urge you to get along to one ASAP. Our branch is rapidly expanding and with each meeting more new members from all walks of life are joining us (including student members). We really do have an informal atmosphere and people quickly make new friends.

However that isn't the only reason to come along. We strive to make every meeting informative, educational and fun. CPD is one of our main aims.

We have already had successful presentations on RTI from Sage and our Excel Tips and Tricks from our Chair and Vice Chair.

We also have our own group on Linkedin (by invitation only), where our members chat freely.

Meetings are every 2nd Tuesday of the month throughout the year and members are welcome to 'dip in and out' as they feel fit.  We even encourage people to turn up on the day if they haven't had chance to book before hand (we sort that out with the ICB afterwards).

So what are you waiting for come on and join us.

Kind regards,

Graham Shaw - Vice Chair

A week until our next branch meeting on the 9th April. So just a reminder in case you have not yet booked your place and would still like to attend, please do so soon.

It should be a very interesting and informative meeting.

Hope to see you all there.

Branch Meeting - Tuesday 9th April 2013 - Budget 2013 - Review

Hi All,

Thank you to everyone who attended todays' branch meeting presented by Geoffrey Hanham on the Budget 2013 update.

I thought that the meeting was very informative and very well presented by Geoffrey and I think is fair to say, was quite fun!

We are steadily growing in numbers, and proving to be a successful branch, with a few more new faces at todays meeting, and would like to thank all members for supporting the branch so far this year, and hope to see you all at our May meeting if you can make it, which will include our AGM. More details to follow..

If you have not yet attended one of our meetings then please do get involved with our Branch as we now have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share and not to mention it is enjoyable and friendly.

Christopher - Branch Chair
