Q1 requestes that you input the trial balance, then print out trial balance, profit an loss, an balance sheet, my trial balance is coming out correct but profit and loss isnt , in the trial balance, in the bad debt provision there is £2500, and then £500 in the bad debts, now everything is correct on my trial balance, but on the profit and loss its all correct apart from bad debts, on the answers it is meant to show 500 yet on mine it is showing (2000) the chart of accounts is correct, there is nothing in the suspense account, im using sage 50 , which is confusing as if the trial balance is correct so if i had done something wrong then the trial balance would be incorrect, any ideas, please please help as i cant go any further untill this is sorted as its throwing all my figures out , thanks x x x
